FAQs

Land Tech

  • How do you determine the cause of erosion or slope failure?

Each project begins with a comprehensive site evaluation. We examine drainage patterns, soil composition, structural components, and any prior construction work to determine the underlying cause—not simply the surface-level damage.
  • Do you only fix the shoreline, or the entire property?

We use a whole-system approach. When the problem stems from uphill areas or involves drainage issues, deteriorating structures, or other contributing elements, we address them as part of the solution. Repairing just one section typically results in ongoing issues.
  • Can you work on steep or hard-to-access properties?

Yes. We focus on difficult terrain, including steep slopes, properties with limited access, and waterfront locations where conventional construction techniques aren't effective.
  • Will the finished project look natural?

Yes. We emphasize both functionality and visual appeal. Our objective is to deliver solutions that are structurally reliable while integrating naturally with the existing landscape.
  • Do you handle revegetation and restoration?

Yes. Since many of our projects are located in developed or prominent areas, we completely restore impacted sites with suitable vegetation to help stabilize the soil and improve the overall appearance.
  • Do you take care of permits and approvals?

We manage the complete permitting process, including communication with local and environmental agencies. This guarantees your project meets all requirements and eliminates that responsibility from you.
